I am now taking reservations for the Fall 2010 Cacao Connoisseur’s Club

June 2010 through Nov 2010

For $75, you’ll receive one hand-selected chocolate varietal each month for six months. These are the absolute best of the best dark chocolate bars, some difficult or impossible to get in the U.S. I specialize in single origin, single plantation, and a few extraordinary cacao blends. Expect 1 to 2 of each bar, depending on the cost and rarity of the bean.

Here’s are some of the bars I’ve selected in the past:

• A small-plantation cacao from the African island of Principe.
• A small-plantation cacao from Venezuela.
• A powerful and elegant blend of six criollo cacaos.
• A balanced and refined blend from an artisan chocolate maker in Provence.

Your bars will be gift wrapped in handmade papers and make excellent gifts. We have pickup locations in Nashua, Manchester, and Concord if you’re in Southern New Hampshire, or they can be shipped to you, weather permitting (shipping charges apply.)

As usual, I keep the club small and will only be accepting 15 members for the Fall 2010 round. A $35 deposit (check or cash) is required to hold your place.
